How to Choose a Reliable Rigid-Flex PCB Manufacturer

SugaMed provides end-to-end PCBA manufacturing services for medical, aesthetic, and rehabilitation electronics.
Production is carried out under an ISO 13485-certified quality system, with IPC Class 2 or Class 3 workmanship applied according to the approved project requirements.

We handle component sourcing, PCB fabrication, assembly, inspection, and testing. You work with one SugaMed team from quotation to delivery instead of coordinating separate suppliers.

Prototype builds from 1 unit, with an initial review of the available project files before production. Potential manufacturability and assembly issues are identified before the build begins.

Pilot and repeat builds from 50 to 5,000 units. Approved revisions, inspection requirements, and traceability options are maintained from batch to batch.

15 SMT lines in Dongguan use Fuji and Yamaha equipment. We support 01005 components and BGA and QFN packages down to 0.35 mm pitch.

Every BGA assembly receives post-reflow X-ray inspection. Hidden solder joints are checked for defects that cannot be fully confirmed by visual inspection or AOI.

Single-layer and multilayer rigid PCBs for designs that require stable mechanical support, controlled stack-ups, impedance control, or tighter fabrication tolerances.

For layouts that must bend, fold, or reduce separate cable-and-connector interfaces. Stack-up, bend areas, coverlay, and rigid-to-flex transitions are reviewed before fabrication.

For dense routing, fine-pitch packages, and limited board area. We support microvias and sequential-lamination structures including 1+N+1, 2+N+2, and 3+N+3.

For high-frequency and signal-sensitive circuits. We build to the specified laminate, stack-up, controlled impedance, and trace geometry.

For boards exposed to higher assembly temperatures or repeated thermal cycling. The laminate and stack-up are selected according to the project’s approved thermal requirements.
These are just some of our clients and partners that we can publicly name.
