Medical PCB Assembly & Manufacturing
Delivering highly reliable, end-to-end PCBA solutions for medical, aesthetic, and rehabilitation devices.
Manufactured under an ISO 13485-certified quality system and built to IPC Class 3 standards, ensuring medical-grade quality and full traceability—so you can bring products to market faster, safer, and with confidence.
What Medical Device Engineers Come to Us For
"My prototype works — but I'm worried about first batch failure."
We review DFM, process windows, and test coverage before production begins — preventing issues that typically appear only at scale.
"I need a supplier that won't fail my FDA or CE audit."
Our ISO 13485 quality system is built for external audits — with controlled documentation, traceable processes, and full compliance support.
"I need full traceability — not just paperwork."
Every board is linked to material batches, process records, and test data — retrievable within hours when needed.
"I don't want to manage separate PCB and assembly vendors."
We handle PCB fabrication and turnkey assembly under one quality system — reducing communication errors and supply chain risk.
We don’t just build your boards — we help you avoid the problems that delay certification and mass production.
PCB Fabrication & Assembly for Medical
PCBAssembly

Turnkey PCB Assembly
We source components, fabricate the board, and assemble — under one quality system. One point of contact for the whole thing.

Prototype PCB Assembly
Fast-turn prototypes built to the same IPC Class 3 standards as production. No cutting corners because it's "just a prototype."

Low Volume PCB Assembly
Medical device volumes are rarely in the millions. We work with low-to-mid volumes without treating small orders as low priority.

SMT Assembly
15 SMT lines with Fuji and Yamaha equipment. Placement down to 01005 and 0.35mm pitch QFN — the kind of components that show up on medical boards.

BGA Assembly
X-Ray inspection on every BGA placement. If a joint can't be seen visually, we make sure it gets checked properly.
PCB Manufacturing

Rigid PCB
The most common type of circuit board used in medical devices. We manufacture these boards in accordance with the IPC Class 3 standard and provide comprehensive documentation.

Flex & Rigid-Flex PCB
For devices where space is tight or the board needs to conform to a shape — wearables, implantables, handheld diagnostics.

HDI PCB
When you're packing a lot into a small board — high pin-count BGAs, fine-pitch components, or multi-layer imaging system boards.

RF PCB
For wireless medical devices and RF front-end modules. Material selection and controlled impedance are handled carefully here — signal integrity isn't something we guess at.

High-Tg PCB
For boards that go through autoclave sterilization or operate in high-temperature environments. We stock and work with the right materials for this.
