Diagnostic Devices PCBA
Diagnostic devices live or die on signal quality — a faint heartbeat picked up through a microphone, or a microvolt echo bouncing back from tissue. Get the noise floor, isolation, or layout wrong, and the board produces noise instead of a usable signal or image. We build PCBAs for diagnostic programs from prototype through volume production, with these decisions reviewed before the design is locked in.

Electronic Stethoscope PCB Assembly
MEMS microphone front-ends, analog amplification stages, DSP processing, and Bluetooth audio boards. The hard part is keeping the high-gain analog front-end quiet while a BLE radio shares the same board.

Portable Ultrasound PCB Assembly
High-voltage transmit beamformers, low-noise receive front-ends, digital beamforming, and power management boards. The hard part is keeping a 50–100V transmit stage from drowning out a receive path operating in microvolts, on the same substrate.
